I'm pretty sure somebody edited the dialogs to parody his/her message. I think you can guess what this is all about, and who that restaurant owner was supposed to be.
"Where's the owner?"
"Boss~~~! Big trouble! There's some weird bunch of people here!"
"Huh?"
Ishi 0 --> "Who are you people?"

"So what are you Mo-Wota people doing here?"

"Well....."
"Hey! Are you even listening?"
"Naww~~ We was just wondering where you guys are hiding her... "

¬¬ I wonder if wotas are really that fearsome or just a bounch of frustrated who just get the brave by number.
This either a cruel joke or just plain nuts. Has the Aibon legend stretched this far into manga? What? Maybe I'll wake up and this will be but a dream.
